The Roles and Responsibilities

  • We seek an experienced IT Architect - Senior Automation Developer to lead process automation using Agile Methodology, collaborate with Business and RPA Leads, and execute BPA/RPA initiatives by designing process workflows, building, testing, and implementing solutions.
  • As a consultant, you will work with Infosec departments conducting business process analysis and evaluation, assessing automation opportunities, performing technical feasibility studies, and creating Solution Design Documents.
  • You will collaborate with IT teams and architects to identify the right technology and ensure proposed automation solutions are optimal.
  • A thorough understanding of technology, quality tools, and process design is essential. You must be adaptable, comfortable with competing demands, and able to deal with changes in a calm and logical manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to information security compliance, including privacy laws.
  • Participate in after-hour escalations to assist on-call team members.

Requirements:

  • Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6-9 years of experience in advanced RPA development skills using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, following industry-specific best practices in application support, cyber security, or regulatory compliance.
  • Senior Developer candidates should have 4 years in Automation Development and 2 years in Architecture, with experience in .Net, Python, API, and JSON.
  • Proficiency in English comprehension is required.
  • Executes architectural vision for all InfoSec IT systems through IT architecture projects and ensures that architecture conforms to enterprise blueprints.
  • Experience in Python and NET Technologies, such as C#, .Net, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, Web Services, N-Tier Architecture, including API's, LINQ query, JSON Handling, Excel Macro, GIT, etc.
  • Incident management and Tracking Tool experience, such as ServiceNow, JIRA, MS Azure DevOps, is essential.
  • Should have experience of end-to-end RPA management and SDLC cycle using Agile methodology.
  • Must have Architectural knowledge in MS Azure cloud servers, storage, and firewall for port connectivity.
  • Should have worked on SQL Server and Microsoft Access DB.
  • Experience in Microsoft Power Apps Automation, Co-Pilot AI, including Chatbots and Conversational AI, OCR tools, and Power BI is an advantage.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert within the Robotic Process Automation Development and technologies, especially around the RPA Tools.
  • Responsible for working within a fast-paced environment to design, build, and support RPA applications for Information Security processes.
  • Should have a vision of addressing all current & future business needs by providing support on scalable RPA Solutions.
  • Should be able to interpret and translate Business requirements into Technology solutions.
  • Should be responsible to explore and understand new features in RPA, design concepts, and organize technical sessions to the delivery team.
  • Responsible to drive RPA delivery team to follow best practices, conduct code reviews, and workflow audit. Ability to review and approve the BPA process documents meeting Business standards.
  • Preferably have practical experience in implementing LEAN, AGILE, and Design Thinking.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills are a must.
