In this role, you will interact with customers to understand requirements and provide an optimal solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Server administration and performing regular monitoring and maintenance activity
  • Support and maintain production data and repository assets
  • Administer support and maintain the reporting toolset environment
  • Define/Improve processes to improve system performance and efficiency
  • Review and implement best practices within the team to maximize system potential
  • Responsible for handling tier 3 support tickets and providing resolution within defined service level agreements
  • Contribute throughout project life cycles from planning to production implementation including the creation of functional designs technical designs and test plans for repository models and hierarchies
  • Develop and execute reports Bug fixes optimizations and enhancement document processes and generate required metadata
  • Serves as technical expert for mission-critical BI applications including design development implementation and support

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 45 years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL
  • Ability to deliver complex business solution with minimal supervision
  • Experience working with various data sources like Oracle ODI ETL SQL Server etc.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexible to work in 24x7 environment
  • Working experience on SBM/SNOW and Agile Process is a plus
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics concepts is a plus
  • Knowledge of PowerBi is a plus
  • Knowledge of DevOps is a plus
