Job Title: Cisco UCCE CVP Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to design and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performing contact center solutions using Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Customer Voice Portal (CVP) technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco UCCE and CVP, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Cisco UCCE and CVP architectures to support scalable, resilient, and high-performing contact center solutions.
  • Integrate Cisco UCCE and CVP with third-party applications, such as CRM systems, workforce management, IVR, call recording analytics, and other enterprise solutions.
  • Develop, update, and troubleshoot CVP VXML applications and ICM scripts to support dynamic routing, self-service, and intelligent call distribution.
  • Provide tier-3 support for complex issues, investigating root causes, and resolving incidents involving UCCE, CVP, and related technologies.
  • Monitor system health, performance metrics, and call flows, and proactively identify bottlenecks, capacity issues, and opportunities for optimization.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Cisco UCCE and CVP technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • P4 level certification in Cisco UCCE and CVP and experience with cloud-based contact center solutions, DevOps practices, and automation tools such as Ansible, Python, and PowerShell.
