Customer Retention Specialist

Job OverviewThis role requires 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing sales, renewals, or customer success in the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with building, analyzing, and interpreting datasets, interacting with internal and customer teams at various technical levels, and using value-based discussions to identify key goals and steer customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Secure renewals & mitigate churn for both serve self and subscription customers
- S support customer onboarding and account health checks, facilitate customer education and enablement
- Growing revenue at renewal time & throughout the customer lifecycle as well as increase CRR (consumption run rate) for PAYG (Pay as you go) Customers
- Engage with accounts at key moments in the customer journey & be their voice within New Relic
