Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Recruiter to join our team at SNP Technologies, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and teams to understand the latest requirements and develop a well-structured recruitment strategy.
Source qualified candidates from social media, internal databases, and different job portals, and coordinate with empanelled vendors.
Screen and filter out candidates by evaluating against the latest standards, and analyze a candidate's capabilities via pre-screening assessments and calls.
Schedule interviews using various methods, such as video, in-person, or telephone, and keep track of applicants at every stage and follow up.
Regularly report and analyze the numbers with the hiring team and the HR team, and send job offer letters and complete paperwork.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field with 1-3 years of hands-on experience.
Excellent sourcing and evaluation skills, and proven experience in building the talent pool for the IT department.
Familiarity with interview formats, such as Skype, Zoom, Teams, and solid understanding of phone interviews, group interviews, and other interview methods.
First-hand experience using recruitment software, and good communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and be proactive in driving the recruitment process.
