Business Development Manager

About the Role
This position is responsible for supporting the company's interests and establishing business relationships to enhance sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Identify customers for FSP (India) – GST (Gulf security Technology) across the eastern market, increase System Integrator base for GST, and build GST product visibility & sales in all segments of the industry through SI's and consultants.
- Account Receivable: Ensure timely collection of all outstanding receivables.
- Technical Training: Provide necessary sales training to SI's/customers and ensure technical training/support to resolve issues of after-sales-support/warranty.
Requirements:
- Essential Competencies/Primary Skill Set: Preferably have experience in Security Products sales, proficiency in working on tenders and bids, and proficiency in English and the local language.
- Customer relationship and techno-commercial knowledge.
