pbJob Title:/b Okta IAM Developer & Architect/ppbJob Summary:/b/ppWe are seeking a highly skilled Okta IAM Developer & Architect to design, implement, and maintain Okta Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to support our organization's IAM initiatives./ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pulliDesign and develop Okta IAM solutions to support our organization's CIAM initiatives./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs./liliImplement and configure Okta features such as SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Authorization./liliDevelop and maintain custom integrations with third-party applications using Okta APIs and SDKs./liliConduct testing and validation of Okta IAM solutions to ensure they meet the required standards and requirements./liliDevelop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals./liliProvide ongoing support for Okta IAM solutions and troubleshoot issues as they arise./liliStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Okta IAM and CIAM./li/ulpbRequirements:/b/pulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field./lili5-7 years of experience in developing and implementing Okta IAM solutions for CIAM initiatives./liliExperience with Okta features such as SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Authorization./liliStrong development skills in languages such as Java, Python, or .NET./liliExperience with REST APIs, SDKs, and web services./liliFamiliarity with Identity and Access Management concepts, including authentication, authorization, and user management./liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills./liliStrong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams./liliOkta certifications such as Okta Certified Administrator, Okta Certified Developer, or Okta Certified Consultant is a plus./li/ul
