Job Overview

This is a pivotal role that encompasses designing user experiences that drive customer satisfaction.

As a key member of the product development team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to craft solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that elevate user engagement.
  • Work synergistically with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals.
  • Maintain expertise in industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.
  • Collaborate with product managers to identify project requirements and develop design concepts that meet those needs.
  • Evaluate usability through testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in UX design, preferably in Web and Mobile Applications.
  • Hands-on proficiency in using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of UX design process and Lean UX methodologies.
  • Certifications in Interaction Design, UX design, or Human-computer Interaction are an advantage.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with design systems and their implementation.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles and practices.
