About the Opportunity
">We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Fine Jewelry Consultant to join our team at Aurus Fine Jewels. This is a full-time opportunity that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of luxury jewelry and customer preferences.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Engage with customers via telephone and chat, providing an unparalleled customer experience and building authentic relationships.
- Conduct detailed consultations to recommend exquisite jewelry designs that align with each customer's style and requirements.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge of Aurus and MOI's luxurious offerings, ensuring expertise in speaking to intricate details and craftsmanship.
- Craft compelling sales pitches that highlight luxury, quality, and timeless design of Aurus and MOI products.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, enhancing the customer's shopping experience with complementary pieces.
- Guide customers through the ordering process, collaborating closely with the order processing team for impeccable order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Collect and relay valuable customer insights and feedback, contributing to continuous improvement of product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Stay abreast of the latest jewelry industry trends and fashion influences, ensuring recommendations are always at the cutting edge of style.
Qualifications
">- Bachelor's degree in Retail or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-end client accounts.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey luxury and sophistication.
- Strong analytical abilities and refined problem-solving approach.
- Exceptional written and verbal interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with discerning clientele.
- Expertise in using telephony and chat platforms, as well as advanced CRM software.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Adaptability to evolving sales strategies and changing customer preferences.
- Empathetic and customer-centric attitude dedicated to delivering exceptional luxury experiences.
