Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision: Manage and lead the facilities team, including custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, and external contractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Space Management: Allocate office space based on organizational needs, ensuring effective utilization of resources and promoting productivity.
  • Insurance & Contracts: Handle insurance plans, service contracts, and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Record Keeping & Billing: Maintain accurate financial and non-financial records and ensure timely submission of bills, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with production, operations, customer service, and other departments to implement facility-related programs, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Cost Management: Review utility consumption and identify opportunities to reduce costs, contributing to the organization's financial sustainability.
  • Logistics Management: Arrange travel, including ticketing and accommodation, and coordinate events, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Occasional Field Work: Handle minimal fieldwork when required, maintaining a strong understanding of the local market and its challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirement: II PUC or Bachelor's degree, demonstrating a strong foundation in facility management and related fields.
  • Experience: Proven supervisory experience in facility management or related fields, showcasing leadership skills and the ability to manage complex situations effectively.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex situations simultaneously, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing conflicts.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in multiple languages (Kannada and Hindi preferred), facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, asset management, and maintenance practices, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost management.
