Technical Support Specialist

At General Mills, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales and business development initiatives. You will serve as a technical expert and advisor to Hotels and Restaurants, providing innovative product applications and coaching sales staff to demonstrate our products effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Support local sales and business development initiatives
• Serve as technical expert and advisor to Hotels and Restaurants
• Plan and execute innovative product applications
• Coach, train and support sales staff to give the right product demonstration
• Manage all data and provide concise reports on results and status
Requirements:
• Hotel Management Degree with experience in Bakery & Confectionery
• 3-4 years of experience in operations, product development & handling kitchen operations
• Creative
• Good training skills
• Excellent communication skills
