The Transformation Program Manager will play a crucial role in the change structure, providing day-to-day support to key business projects within the transformation portfolio. This includes strategizing and implementing internal communications campaigns to promote greater understanding of Transformation initiatives and pillars to the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unify and elevate overall Transformation Group (TG) messaging across the pillars
  • Work with internal partners to develop comms materials in line with TG elements
  • Produce compelling content to draw colleagues to communication platforms
  • Plan, edit and write content for various internal communications mediums
  • Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
  • Drive the development and implementation of Transformation agenda for the bank
  • Collaborate with Business COOs and function PM leads on Transformation book of work
  • Provide reporting and informational updates to senior management on Transformation Workstreams

Requirements:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience with expertise in marketing and/or communications
  • An independent self-starter with ability to lead a multi-disciplinary project across various stakeholders
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • A holistic thinker and consider multiple angles and perspective
  • Excellent inter-personal and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with cross functional teams and senior executive management

Education:

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
