About the Role

Product Manager - Public Financial Management

Arthan is a philanthropic mission dedicated to making government services accessible, transparent, and effective for all. We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the creation of digital products that transform public finance management and impact public service delivery at scale.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in defining and advancing our iFIX product specifications, creating solutions that support governments in managing public finances effectively. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of passionate professionals who are committed to using technology for social good.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision and Strategy
    • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for iFIX aligned with PFM Mission goals.
    • Develop a compelling product narrative to inspire change within the public finance ecosystem.
    • Conduct research to understand pain points and identify opportunities.
    • Effectively share the product vision and strategy with stakeholders to secure buy-in.
  • Product Design and Development
    • Collaborate with designers, developers, domain experts, and external partners to build and adopt the product.
    • Ensure alignment with timelines and budgets throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Own and maintain documentation for stakeholders, supporting product development and adoption from the start.
  • Product Launch, Evangelism, and Evolution
    • Drive product growth and adoption, ensuring it meets user needs and delivers value.
    • Develop and execute launch plans, including training, demos, and communications.
    • Engage external stakeholders to promote the product's benefits.
    • Track performance with key metrics, identify improvement areas, and communicate progress to leadership.
