Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Hash Connect Integrated Services Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential search terms and phrases, optimizing content and campaigns for search engine visibility.
  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword selection, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and execute targeted Facebook advertising campaigns, including audience segmentation and performance optimization.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for campaign improvement and achieving KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop visually appealing and effective digital assets, including graphics, videos, and infographics.
  • Manage and optimize paid search and social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Create and implement SMS and email marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee and take ownership of all financial aspects related to client and vendor invoices for various digital marketing expenditures.
  • Leverage Excel proficiency to effectively handle marketing data and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Assist in the development and allocation of the digital marketing budget effectively to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Skill Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 3 - 4 years as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Email Marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices to improve organic search visibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and create clear and concise reports.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance data to drive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and concepts.
  • Familiarity with web analytics, tracking, and tagging implementation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems is a plus.
