• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products in accordance with company standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
• Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of employees and customers.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
