We are looking for a skilled Autosar Engineer to develop cluster applications and algorithms for various customer OEM requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in embedded software development using C, with a strong background in automotive applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop cluster applications and algorithms for different customer OEM requirements.
  • Understand third-party software and reusable components, and interface with the existing system.
  • Create source code adhering to section/domain coding standards and best practices.
  • Design and implement software/hardware debug I/O assertions in the given module.
  • Identify and implement test methodologies at unit/integration/functional level.
  • Interface with architects/requirement/safety/validation leads and coordinate with team members.
  • Interpret customer requirements for cluster projects and translate them into efficient high-level design material.
  • Prepare detailed design, implement the design in embedded C, and test them using VCAST/manual methods.
  • Use novel design approaches to leverage maximum benefits of having common architecture for different vehicle lines with slightly varying customer requirements.
  • Analyze reported defects in quick time and provide resolution/necessary documentation to stakeholders.
  • Provide necessary improvement suggestions to minimize defects/rework in the existing environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience in embedded software development using C with work experience on automotive applications development.
  • Experience in designing applications using MVC design pattern.
  • Problem-solving and debugging skills on AUTOSAR and non-AUTOSAR-based applications.
  • Ability to apply scripting languages where possible to minimize manual overheads.
  • Experience in functional testing using CANalyzer/CANoe and CAPL scripts.
  • Exposure to interfacing peripherals such as I/O devices, EEPROM, ADC, PWM, FLASH memory.
  • Exposure to protocols like I2C/SPI/UART/CAN/LIN.
  • Experience in automotive background is mandatory.
  • Result-oriented with good knowledge in software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and good communication skills.
