Senior Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven healthcare staffing.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact, working directly with our visionary CTO, UX, and product management team.

Your Mission:
  • Innovate with AI: Implement cutting-edge features on top of our Wakura agent orchestration engine, pushing the boundaries of AI-assisted recruitment.
  • Seamless Integration: Integrate third-party applications into our major features, such as meeting transcription and summary, creating a unified ecosystem that empowers recruiters.
  • Ensure Robustness: Take charge of our production systems, implementing robust monitoring and ironclad security to protect sensitive data.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Implement product analytics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Technical Expertise:

You'll be working with a modern, powerful tech stack:

  • Anthropic suite for advanced AI capabilities
  • Svelte and TypeScript for responsive front-end development
  • Python/Flask for robust back-end services
  • PostgreSQL and PostgreSQL vector for efficient data management
  • AWS for scalable cloud hosting
