Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing primary operational support for multiple large, distributed software applications.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring, APM and profiling tools, as well as experience with containers, Kubernetes and Helm. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot complex issues, improve system availability, performance and security, and collaborate with other teams to resolve incidents.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary operational support for multiple large, distributed software applications
  • Monitor and troubleshoot complex issues related to application, infrastructure and potential security incidents
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve incidents and improve system availability, performance and security
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve system reliability and reduce downtime
