About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Management Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the revenue and occupancy of our properties, and will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Manage the revenue and occupancy of our properties, including forecasting and budgeting
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Manage a team of revenue management professionals and provide guidance and support as needed

Requirements:

  • College education required
  • One to three years' experience in a revenue management capacity with Four Seasons or another related organization
  • Comprehensive computer and analytical skills
  • Superior guest service and salesmanship skills
  • Revenue and yield management skills and experience
