Job Summary

This role is part of the Global HR Business Services and Operations Team, supporting client groups in Asia Pacific. The Learning Operations Specialist will represent APAC HR Business Services and Operations on various Global HR projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of Instructor Led Sessions (ILS), including course setup, marketing, enrollment tracking, on-day training logistics, course evaluation, reporting, and vendor management.
  • Manage the annual training calendar and track activities according to standard operating procedures within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Attend to learning and development inquiries from employees, managers, and HR business partners, supporting administrative requests, reporting, and delivering agreed-upon services.
  • Coordinate target audience identification and validation processes when required.
  • Provide on-site support for Instructor Led Sessions when necessary.
  • Participate in and/or lead country or regional projects, and manage ad-hoc template loads within the Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements

  • Experience with a Learning Management System (SABA, Cornerstone, Workday, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, including concise and precise communication, good listening, and conflict assessment/management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to manage large spreadsheets, create tables, and perform data analysis.
  • Preferably, HR experience in a supporting/admin capacity with a HR business partner in case management and program management.
