About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team at Ozone API. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality components of the Ozone API product.

With your extensive experience in software development, you will be instrumental in driving our technology forward and maintaining our position at the forefront of open banking API software platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain critical components of the Ozone software application.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Ozone's engineering practices, ensuring the adoption of best practices in software design and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the engineering strategy with the overall business goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centric development within the team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a strong background in Typescript, JavaScript, Node.js, and MongoDB.
  • Proficiency in Express.js and familiarity with Docker are desired.
  • Experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, OCI, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality software products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience of working in a product-based organised and awareness of product management would be a big plus.
