Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 6-8 creative professionals, providing day-to-day leadership and fostering collaboration.">
  • Understand how to foster an inclusive hybrid work environment, collaborating online and in-person.">
  • Set the example of proactive problem-solving, meeting challenges with solutions, and encouraging similar accountability within the team.">
  • Experience leading, managing, and growing a loyal, global creative team — with high retainment, excellent work quality, and low attrition.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • ">
  • Deep domain expertise in HCD and UX disciplines (Research, Sketching, Personas, Journeys, Information Architecture, User flows, Wireframing, Design, and Content).">
  • Superior understanding of core visual design skills (color theory, typography, information hierarchy, branding, data visualization) and strong knowledge across XD functions (Content, CX Strategy).">
  • In-depth knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, presentation design, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams), and web-based tools (i.e. Frontify, Framer).">
  • Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences, non-creatives, and varying levels of the organization.">
