We are seeking an accomplished Transaction Advisory Services professional to join our team.

About the Job

This role involves managing financial due diligence for clients acquiring businesses, identifying and analyzing business and financial risks and opportunities, and advising both strategic and private equity buyers & sellers on alternative strategies for acquisition, disposition, and restructuring of businesses. The successful candidate will aggregate, refine, and analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings, and working capital considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial due diligence engagements, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic advice to clients across various industries.
  • Work on multiple projects of varying size and complexity, leading day-to-day operations including managing a team through drafting request lists and managing client communications regarding requested items.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations, communicating with senior managers, directors, and principals on a regular basis.

Requirements for Success

  • Candidates should hold CA or CPA(US) or CFA(US) certifications with a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in transaction advisory services or audit, with strong current knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
  • Project management experience and ability to induce structure on disorderly situations, as well as develop associates and senior associates by coaching and providing real-time feedback.
