Salary

The estimated annual salary range for this position is INR 24-30 lakhs.

Job Description

This full-time on-site role involves managing marketing activities, understanding doctors' mindsets especially in the domain of aesthetics and medical cosmetology products, implementing marketing strategies, and overseeing campaign management (specifically towards doctors) to drive business growth.

This role reports to the GM, Marketing, of QR678.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A graduate with minimum 10 years of experience out of which minimum 3 years of experience in people management role.

Candidates having marketing experiences to HCP (doctors and healthcare professionals) in clinical aesthetic industry, cosmetic industry with national exposure will be preferred.

Candidates with marketing exposure, from pharmaceutical industry, having work experience in dermatology managing a large geography are also welcome.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
