We are seeking an experienced Sales and Partnership Development Executive to join our team at FlexiFunnels, a rapidly growing software company based in Dehradun, India.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing sponsors for our flagship event, the Funnel Growth Summit. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your sales and partnership development skills to drive revenue growth and contribute to the success of our event.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be expected to develop and implement strategic plans for sponsor outreach and engagement, establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current sponsors, and negotiate sponsorship deals to meet revenue targets and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential sponsors to secure deals that meet our revenue targets and deadlines
  • Develop tailored sponsorship packages that meet the needs of potential sponsors
  • Maintain clear and open communication with sponsors to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current sponsors
  • Negotiate sponsorship deals to meet revenue targets and deadlines

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of proven experience in securing sponsorship deals, ideally within events or a related field
  • A strong existing network of corporate contacts and decision-makers
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to independently manage multiple sponsorship sales processes simultaneously
