Job Summary

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our facilities team, ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional results.

This is a key role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and guidance to manpower as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and complaints
  • Develop and implement strategies for process improvement
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement
