The Senior Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in implementing business processes software solutions and systems implementation at Intuitive Surgical. Key Responsibilities- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, providing cost-efficient proposals for process and system design.
- Create functional specifications and work with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Review and contribute to design documents, configuration documents, and functional specifications.
- Conduct unit and integration testing, as well as regression testing.
- Support production processes and business systems functions.
- Work with IT and business teams to optimize and streamline business processes and technical solutions.
- Identify gaps between current and future state of business processes and prioritize opportunities for improvement using the Business Capability Matrix.
- Lead and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information for sound system solutions.
- Collaborate with the development team to meet business needs.
- Help business teams with reporting requirements and work with the data warehouse team.
- Conduct QA validations and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests.
- Support, assist, and train users on new system configurations, highlighting the impact on business processes.
- Maintain IT Business system integrity and application notes, system upgrades, changes, and user updates.
- Work closely with onsite and offshore teams, managers, and executives to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Follow the Intuitive change management process and analyze the impact of changes to the corporate application landscape.
- Act as a Senior BA and guide and mentor team members in providing best solutions and peer review and advice on areas of improvement.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of SAP EWM/WM Functional implementation and support experience.
- Must have at least 1-2 full life cycle implementations experience of SAP EWM/WM.
- Should have design and configuration experience in EWM, WM module: Inbound/outbound process with Warehouse, VAS, Picking, Packing, HUM, Cross docking, Yard management, Physical inventory, Shipment and return process.
- Experienced in designing labels, Barcode Scanners, RF implementation with ITS Mobile.
- Detailed knowledge of systems and business processes within SAP Supply Chain and Logistics Execution modules (EWM/WM/IM) and other SAP cross-functional experience in MM, PP&SD.
- Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.
- Ability to guide team members and mentor them as needed.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision or guidance.
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
