We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Fulfilment Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our service fulfilment processes.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the daily operation of assigned solutions, enabling Service Fulfilment and excellence in operations.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to improved ways of working, adhering to standard operating procedures, IWAY, agreed frameworks, and guidelines.
- Operational configuration, planning, and monitoring, capacity steering, and contributing to optimal utilisation of the fulfilment network.
- Analyse Service Fulfilment excellence measurements to continuously improve efficiency in service execution and enable excellent quality in customer interactions.
- Troubleshoot, provide first-level support for daily operations, and conduct problem root cause analysis to optimise the fulfilment of home furnishing services.
- Cooperate with key partners on Group and Country level and/or units, representing Service Fulfilment in related meetings.
- Contribute to an inspiring and high-performing Service Fulfilment team, including communication, flexibility, performance culture, competence development, and a work environment supporting equality, diversity, inclusion, and well-being.
- Contribute to the Service Fulfilment learning offer to ensure dedicated service partners have the knowledge to perform their tasks.
- Contribute to promoting and stimulating entrepreneurial orientation and development and innovation for the organisation and Service Partners.
