Compensation and BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation for our part-time English educators, with rates ranging from ₹350 to ₹550 per hour, depending on the level of instruction (K-5 or K-12) and shift timing. Our flexible work arrangements ensure that you can balance your professional life with personal responsibilities.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs an English educator with Facultyzone Talent Acquisition, your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging lessons to students remotely. You will be expected to:
- Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with IGCSE, GCSE, and US Common Core frameworks.
- Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages students to explore their creativity and critical thinking skills.
- Collaborate with our team to develop innovative teaching methods and materials.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, with at least 1 year of online teaching experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- A laptop, pen tablet, and reliable internet connection to facilitate remote teaching.
Our selection process involves a demo session followed by a subject knowledge round. This will enable us to assess your teaching abilities, subject matter expertise, and fit within our organization.
