Strategic Partnership Developer

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Alliance Manager to build and manage strategic partnerships with Tier 1 universities (IITs, NITs). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of forming educational partnerships and managing relationships within the higher education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to establish alliances with IITs, NITs, and other Tier 1 universities.
- Build relationships with university administrators, faculty members, and decision-makers.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of SkillUp courses for students and institutions.
- Manage the end-to-end process of alliance formation, from identifying opportunities to negotiating agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor course offerings and marketing strategies that align with university needs.
- Achieve partnership milestones, including agreement discussions, approvals, and contract signings.
- Provide ongoing support and management of the university relationships to ensure successful collaboration and enrollment growth.
- Monitor market trends and opportunities to adjust strategies for maximum partnership success.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in alliance management, business development, or partnerships, particularly in the education sector.
- Proven experience in forming alliances with universities, specifically Tier 1 institutions like IITs and NITs.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with university stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple partnerships, and meet strategic goals.
- Familiarity with online education platforms or EdTech is a plus.
