As a Claims Resolution Specialist - Motor, you will play a pivotal role in this team by managing and resolving claims for our customers. You will work closely with your manager and fellow claims analysts to bring claims to resolution, leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless claim handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle and manage a portfolio of claims up to a pre-determined authority level, ensuring prompt and fair resolution.
- Pro-actively engage with stakeholders to resolve claims, demonstrating expertise and due diligence.
- Adhere to Global Claims Handling Practices, ensuring compliance and quality service standards.
- Develop relationships with Underwriters, Actuaries, and other departments as required, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Ensure timely communication, new claims, and notifications, identifying trends and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Relevant years of experience in handling motor claims, including first notification of loss, accidental damage, and single-party damage claims.
- Understanding of the Claims function and the lifecycle of a claim.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, working individually and as part of a team.
