We're seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team of innovators.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with designing and building efficient data pipelines, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data is clean, reliable, and accessible for analytics, reporting, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to move data from multiple sources into data stores/warehouses.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define data requirements, models, and metrics.
  • Manage and optimize data storage solutions (Postgres, BigQuery, Redshift, or cost-effective alternatives).
  • Guarantee data quality, validation, and governance across all pipelines.
  • Implement automation, monitoring, and alerting for data workflows.
  • Support business intelligence, dashboards, and analytics use cases.
  • Develop API integrations and structured/unstructured data ingestion.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in data engineering / backend development.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Familiarity with ETL frameworks (Airbyte, Airflow, dbt, Luigi, or similar).
  • A good understanding of data warehousing concepts, schema design, and optimization.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) or open-source alternatives.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver in a lean setup.
  • A strong problem-solving mindset and passion for building scalable systems.
