Finance Manager Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, preferably with experience in a corporate environment. You should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for someone who can drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Your knowledge of IndAS/IFRS and ERP systems (SAP, COUPA, DarwinBox) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements
  • Create transfer pricing workings for sister entities
  • Manage bank payments, AP invoice booking, and payroll for Indian entity
  • Coordinate with multiple teams internally for AP and taxes-related activities
  • Participate in statutory audits, due diligences, and internal audits
  • Review vendor ledgers and aging on a monthly basis
  • Prepare cash flow projections
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • CA mandatory
  • 3-5 years post-qualification experience in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, COUPA, DarwinBox)
  • Excellent working skills of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
