About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Manual Batch Processing Specialist to join our team at 5100 Kyndryl Solutions Private Limited. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for analyzing problems and technical issues, offering solutions, and testing, modifying, automating, and integrating systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Release agreed batch jobs per job sheet or ad-hoc request
  • Monitor batch job status, including overrun, msgw, not started, and fail
  • Report batch job status to the support team and raise tickets as necessary
  • Recover issue jobs per operation manual or instruction from the PC/app team
  • Provide system monitoring support and follow operation manuals to determine next actions
  • Follow procedures to call engineers for immediate action, open incident tickets, and assign to concerned teams

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in batch and console monitoring
  • Knowledge of batch job runs and basic operations on the AS400 platform
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure system monitoring and console monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with job schedule tools and ticketing systems like Service-Now
