Job Title: Software Development Engineer III

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer III to join our team at IndiHire Consultants. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing large-scale software systems using Java Spring Boot and other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement technical strategies for business problems, including real-time vs batch processing, sync vs async, and push vs pull.
  • Collaborate with SDEs across teams to develop high-level designs and lead implementation.
  • Develop and maintain large features, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and meet business requirements.
  • Apply design patterns, such as CQRS and eventual consistency, to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team's technical and business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Java Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Stream, Kafka, and NoSQL databases (preferably Couchbase).
  • Experience with Azure Kubernetes, GitHub, and DevOps tools like Jenkins.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and apply appropriate design patterns.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence team strategy and drive convergence.
