About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our USANA India market team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our sales and customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain close relationships with customers, fostering a sense of belonging within the USANA family.
  • Identify and support emerging leaders through guidance, encouragement, and timely information about company developments.
  • Assist in designing and executing comprehensive training programs for associates at various skill levels and seniority.
  • Implement recognition and incentive schemes that reward associates for their outstanding performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to organize events, including product launches, health fairs, and 'open days,' enhancing opportunities for associates to introduce USANA to their friends.
  • Develop engaging PowerPoint materials for meetings, recognition ceremonies, and other events.
  • Provide regular and accurate feedback on industry and competitive trends to management.
  • Help propose annual training and recognition budgets and monitor expenditures against budgetary figures.
  • Monitor the outcomes of promotional campaigns.
  • Be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required for USANA/Distributors events.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Events, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required.
  • An excellent command of both written and spoken English is necessary.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the four major Dravidian languages (Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, and Kannada) is also required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is essential.
  • IT-savviness, proactivity, independence, a positive mindset, creativity, and a fun attitude are valuable assets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are mandatory.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure, meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude, and be a good team player is crucial.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds is essential.
