Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, securing new clients, and developing tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs. During a two-month probation period, you'll receive a competitive base salary, with the potential for your earnings to triple based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for clients.
  • Prospecting: Identify and connect with high-value prospects through targeted cold calling, emails, and strategic networking.
  • Relationship Management: Foster long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements and presenting customized solutions to drive mutual success.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures to maximize revenue growth.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, client pain points, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals and presentations that effectively showcase our services and drive sales conversions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress and strategies to management, enabling data-driven decision-making.
