Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general accounting and the ability to drive change for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and book journal entries, perform month-end close activities, and maintain fixed assets capitalization, maintenance, and intercompany accounting.
  • Conduct bank and investment reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, and fixed assets reconciliations.
  • Identify reconciling items, perform escheat reconciliations, and corporate reporting.
  • Ensure internal and external audit compliance, including SOX requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in captive or outsourcing Record-to-Report operations.
  • Solid understanding of Blackline software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, and macros.
