About This Role

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Effectiveness Manager. As part of our organization, you'll influence and contribute to building the world's largest technology-led travel distribution network for the $9 trillion global travel business market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sales/customer communications, processes, technologies, and data analysis to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work with colleagues to ensure consistency of approach and standardized outputs for clear communication of sales performance and internal/external customer information
  • Conduct verbal and/or written follow-up with internal colleagues regarding provided information
  • Responsible for ensuring up-to-the-minute accurate sales and/or quantitative information is captured in databases or tracking sheets
  • Participate and may lead in developing department procedures and processes
  • Ensure smooth implementation of Salesforce Tool in Sales and Product/Contracting Teams and assist in training initiatives

Required Interaction with Colleagues

  • Effective communication skills
  • Work closely with other departments' managers to influence and persuade teams to achieve desired company targets

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in economics, business studies, computer science, etc.
  • Understanding of the Travel Industry, especially bedbank business
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) as well as working with databases
  • Exceptional analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, and present reports and results with precision and thoroughness to management
  • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • High proficiency in English and Spanish Language (desirable)
  • 3 or more years of experience as Analyst
  • Advanced knowledge of BI Tools such as Google Looker Studio and Power BI
