**Job Title:** Data Insights Consultant

As a Data Insights Consultant at VMock, you will play a critical role in helping us empower students and professionals throughout their career journeys. Leveraging the power of artificial intelligence, our platform delivers personalized career guidance to job seekers globally.

In this position, you will work closely with account managers to manage communication with partner institutions worldwide. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting account managers on calls to document relevant information and understand client expectations;
  • Resolving client queries through email and driving client satisfaction and experience;
  • Collaborating with the core team on presentations and data reports shared with clients;
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics to derive important customer insights;
  • Working with account managers to automate key metrics into weekly and monthly dashboards;
  • Ensuring dashboards remain up-to-date and accurate on an ongoing basis;
  • Reporting key performance metrics to senior management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • An undergraduate degree from top-tier Delhi University colleges;
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work with large amounts of data and prepare data for machine learning algorithms;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to drive content development and interact with high-end audiences;
  • A strong understanding of business concepts and the ability to work with limited supervision within a team;
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets (Excel), and PowerPoint.

**Salary:** ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
