Reservations Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional customer service to guests through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible for achieving set revenue targets by maximizing sales and upselling services.
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Deliver quality services to meet individual customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify sales opportunities and present key features and benefits of products to secure new business.
- Comply with administration requirements and ensure productive use of resources to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure accurate and complete client details, including marketing information.
- Stay up-to-date with own and competitors' titles to achieve role requirements.
- Continuously seek new revenue-generating opportunities to meet company targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in travel sales (International Process) or reservations.
- Preferably from the Hotel industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High energy levels, good analytical and problem-solving skills, organizing skills, positive attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
