Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional customer service to guests through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible for achieving set revenue targets by maximizing sales and upselling services.
  • Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer queries and complaints.
  • Deliver quality services to meet individual customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify sales opportunities and present key features and benefits of products to secure new business.
  • Comply with administration requirements and ensure productive use of resources to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ensure accurate and complete client details, including marketing information.
  • Stay up-to-date with own and competitors' titles to achieve role requirements.
  • Continuously seek new revenue-generating opportunities to meet company targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in travel sales (International Process) or reservations.
  • Preferably from the Hotel industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High energy levels, good analytical and problem-solving skills, organizing skills, positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
