Job Overview
KRDS Digital Asia seeks a seasoned Digital Client Relationship Manager to lead our growth strategy by fostering strong relationships with key clients across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a track record of developing and executing successful client engagement plans, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute client engagement plans to drive revenue growth and retention
• Collaborate with the Account and Project Management teams to ensure seamless client support and project delivery
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Anticipate and address potential client or revenue issues, providing proactive solutions to ensure client satisfaction
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure continuous population of immediate and long-term opportunities

Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in digital/interactive marketing or a similar agency environment
• Proven track record of client relationship development and service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex negotiation phases
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Salesforce, Adobe, and Sitecore
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and maintain an entrepreneurial spirit
