About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Project Lead to oversee and manage the construction of residential projects, including high-rise apartments, villas, and weekend homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure all construction activities align with project goals and timelines. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and engineers for design and technical solutions.
  • Site Management: Monitor and supervise construction activities at the site to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. Resolve on-site challenges and implement corrective actions promptly. Ensure the availability and efficient utilization of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Conduct regular meetings to review project progress, address issues, and align objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures throughout the construction process. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations. Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliances are met for the project.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and control costs to avoid overruns. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety.

Requirements

  • Qualifications and Skills: Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Experience: 8 to 10 years in residential construction projects, especially high-rise apartments, villas, and weekend homes. Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and technologies. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. In-depth knowledge of safety standards, quality assurance, and compliance protocols. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
