Test Manager

The primary role of this position is to manage and oversee the testing process for our projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Quality Assurance: Responsible for ensuring the quality of testing and timely delivery of projects.
  2. Test Planning: Create test strategies, plans, resource requirements, and allocation of technical skill areas.
  3. Team Management: Manage offshore teams, track project milestones and deliverables, and monitor workload efficiently.
  4. Client Communication: Interact with client teams on project risks and concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
  5. Metrics and Reporting: Consolidate and report metrics for project activities, and ensure adherence to onsite-offshore processes and agreed timelines.
  • Requirements:
  1. Knowledge of channels, cards, and banking domains.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work in a team environment.
