As a Global Data Strategist on our Business Intelligence Team, you'll be at the forefront of our data-driven transformation. Your Mission:

  • Delve into complex datasets, identifying trends and patterns that reveal opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide stakeholders with actionable insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop analytical assets, including advanced data models and intuitive dashboards, to drive key metrics and elevate performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requests into meaningful analytics briefs.
  • Utilize advanced models and reports to identify insights that inform business strategy.
  • Design and implement rich, interactive visualizations that bring together data insights from diverse sources.
  • Answer key business questions, proactively seeking ways to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with data engineers to create assets that support automation, advanced analytics, and machine learning.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years in data analysis, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills, plus the ability to master other analytical tools.
  • Proficiency in presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • A detail-oriented, proactive thinker with a passion for identifying growth opportunities.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex insights for a broad audience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Advanced SQL skills for working with data warehouses (Redshift, Hive, SparkSQL, Athena).
  • Proficiency in analytical programming (Python) and data visualization tools (preferably Tableau).
  • Software engineering fundamentals (Git, GitHub) to ensure code production-readiness.
