We're seeking a highly motivated Email Marketing Strategist to drive our email marketing strategy, execution, and analysis.

This role is pivotal in creating personalized, engaging, and performance-driven email campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

In this role, you will develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create content for various customer segments, and design workflows for customer onboarding, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Craft compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates.
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing templates.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms (e.g., Apollo.io, Hubspot) to set up campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-4 years in email marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret campaign metrics.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
