About Our Team

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and team leaders who manage these operations and business management jobs.

We are looking for Generative AI engineers who are passionate about designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing Gen AI products at scale.

Your Role

You will be hosted in the AI Center Of Excellence and will be embedded as part of the Legal Digital Products Team to support building key prioritized Generative AI solutions for achieving Legal operations AI/Gen AI vision.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing AI/Gen AI projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring they deliver impactful insights.
  • Owning end-to-end design, development & deployment of machine learning solutions at scale to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Building and training different types of machine learning, deep learning models targeted for specific business outcomes.
  • Fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) to meet specific Generative AI business outcomes.
  • Sharing expertise and perspectives on alternate approaches & tools to improve end solution.
  • Collaborating closely with data engineers, LLM engineers, Full stack AI engineers, QA, product owners and analysts to create and operationalize data pipelines, ensuring compliance with data governance and security requirements.
  • Building strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and successful integration of data-driven insights into business strategies.
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Overall 7+ years of experience in technology, analytics, data science & AI.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in building & deploying AI/ML/Gen AI solutions across wide variety of problems.
  • 2+ years of experience in building Generative AI products.
  • Experience in developing Generative AI based solutions using frameworks e.g. Langchain, Llamaindex to build Retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and agent architectures.
  • Experience in working with variety of open source (e.g. Llama, Mistral) & closed source LLMs( e.g. Open AI, Anthropic).
  • Experience in applying MLOps principles to deploy, monitor and enhance AI/ML models.
  • Experience with LLMOps tools (e.g. Langsmith) to track accuracy, hallucinations, bias in Gen AI solutions.
  • Experience with variety of Python libraries e.g. Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow.
  • Experience in deploying solutions on a cloud platform – AWS (preferred), Azure, GCP.
  • Expertise in container technologies – Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow to design, schedule and monitor data processing pipelines.
  • Experience with microservices architecture, FastAPIs.
Salary Range: $180,000-$220,000 per year
