Business Development Role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team at 2coms. This role involves expanding our international presence and driving business growth through strategic partnerships, market research, and client acquisition.

Main Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conducting in-depth analysis of global markets to identify opportunities for expansion and growth.
  • Client Acquisition: Developing and implementing strategies to attract and engage international clients and partners.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning: Creating and executing business development plans to achieve growth targets and expand our international presence.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment industry and with a focus on international markets.
  • Networking and Relationship-Building Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Communication and Negotiation Abilities: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Independent Work Style: Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
