We are seeking a skilled Data Insight Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality data solutions. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting client onboarding and success through effective data integration and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and onboard portfolio data from various sources into Arcana's data ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver timely, reliable data solutions that meet user workflow needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with third-party data providers to integrate their data into Arcana's system, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
  • Design and implement data aggregation solutions tailored to user requirements, leveraging expertise in data modeling and technical documentation.
  • Work closely with UX, design, and project management teams to develop data-driven workflow solutions and product enhancements, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data operations and pipeline efficiency, developing actionable solutions to optimize performance and reduce costs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Arcana's products and clients, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • GPA of 8.0+
  • Proven experience in data analysis with exposure to finance and investment management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with vendors, clients, and internal teams
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas, problems, and solutions clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of data development and data modeling
  • A passion for the finance and technology space, with a focus on solving complex problems in the investment management industry
