About the Role
AGCO is seeking a skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join its team. This position plays a vital role in creating data-driven insights for senior management and business teams, enabling them to make informed decisions. As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, you will work closely with product owners and business stakeholders to identify requirements for actionable dashboards and smart visualizations.

Your Responsibilities
* Develop prototypes and deploy production-grade dashboards in Tableau based on business requirements
* Collaborate with cloud and data engineering teams to ensure seamless deployment of dashboards in our production environment
* Act as a change agent to promote data-driven decision-making within the organization and establish best practices in dashboard development
* Utilize a query language of your choice to create ad-hoc reports for senior management

Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent, with a minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
* Expert knowledge in Tableau and hands-on experience with coding in at least one of the following languages: Python, R, Scala, SQL
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
* Experience in SAFe agile and a strong understanding of cloud providers (Azure, Google, AWS) is a plus
